1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the ARABIAN GRILL app. The legal company name used only for this policy is ARABIAN GRILL LLC. Privacy questions may be sent to

2. Information entered in the order form
The order form requires a customer name, phone number, delivery or pickup address, selected dishes, quantities, an estimated guest count, and one non-card payment preference: Cash on Delivery or Pay at Pickup. An email address and special instructions are optional. The app also calculates an estimated menu total and records the time when an entry is created.
3. How the app handles this information
Order-form entries, unfinished form values, selected items, quantities, favourites and recently viewed dishes are kept in Android private app data on the user’s device through SharedPreferences. The app does not transmit order-form information to a restaurant, the legal company, a developer-operated server or a cloud database. A status shown by the app is an app/device status and is not a restaurant confirmation.
4. Purpose of each field
Customer name identifies the entry. The phone number and delivery or pickup address organize the customer details. Selected dishes, quantities and guest count describe the intended meal. The non-card payment preference records whether the user selected Cash on Delivery or Pay at Pickup. The optional email address is kept with the entry for the user’s reference. Optional special instructions may describe sauces, sides, food preferences or other meal notes.
5. Retention and deletion
Unfinished form values remain until the user edits or clears the form, clears the app’s data through Android settings, or uninstalls the app. Completed entries remain until the user deletes an individual entry, clears the order history, clears app data, or uninstalls the app. Favourites and recently viewed dishes remain until changed, app data is cleared, or the app is uninstalled.
6. Support email and external applications
The Contact Us screen can open an external email application for a support message. The app does not send email automatically. When no email application is available, the privacy contact address may be copied to the clipboard. The support action is separate from the order form and is not used to submit order details.
7. Services, permissions and internet access
The app does not use a backend server, cloud database, Firebase, analytics, advertising, tracking, authentication, user accounts, remote APIs, online card payments, location, camera, microphone, media or storage access, contacts, SMS, notifications, or third-party image-loading services. It declares no runtime permissions and does not request internet access. Core food images are bundled with the app.
8. Payment information
The app offers only the non-card preferences Cash on Delivery and Pay at Pickup. It does not request or keep full card numbers, CVV or CVC codes, card PINs, online-banking credentials or raw payment credentials.
9. Data sharing and security
The app does not share order-form information with a restaurant, external server or another party. Android private app data provides platform-level separation, but no device storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Users should not enter passwords, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information.
10. Children’s privacy
The app is a general restaurant menu presentation and is not designed to knowingly collect information from children.
11. External links and changes
No verified website link is included. This policy may be updated when app behaviour changes.
12. User choices and privacy contact
